“Brilliant Service! I have two white tuxedo jackets which I regularly wear as a wedding pianist, unfortunately an occupational hazard is coffee spills which is not a good look on a white tuxedo! The gentleman who served me at Bradley's in Walnut Tree was so helpful and conscientious. He informed me that coffee spills are very difficult to remove from white garments but he seemed so determined. He actually volunteered to put the jacket through the dry cleaning process for a second time at no extra cost to ensure the coffee stains were fully gone. When I came to pick up the jacket there were no signs of any coffee stains anymore and it was nicely pressed and looked new again. The next time I came in to the store a few weeks later, he remembered me and asked how my tuxedo jacket was which I was impressed with as it's always nice to be remembered as a customer. I will definitely visit this dry cleaners again - on a regular basis.”

“I had put a suit in at short notice for alterations and dry cleaning. Was due to be ready at 10am this morning but the team had some issues and it was delayed, which was a bit of an issue as I was heading off for a funeral and needed the suit. Their customer service was outstanding, they pulled a rabbit out of the hat and they had the suit hand delivered to my house, in the end only 30 minutes late!. Thank you guys so much for sorting this for me and I am pleased to say the alterations are perfect! Great job well done.”
